if you are beginner to web hosting, and you already get your website and files nicely created. Its time to move a copy of those website files to Powweb web server. Your only choice is to use FTP to upload your files to server. There is no other way.
Usually i will use FTP client to do the upload work. Will be faster is i set it to run in multithreading, few upload thread is always better than one. The FTP site is: ftp.yourdomain.com , and enter the powweb account username and password to proceed.
You can use ftp client like: cuteftp or WS_FTP. Other than this, you can use the build in ftp manager in dreamweaver as well 
OK, if you dont have any of above ftp tools, then you can use your web browser, and go to ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com and enter the username and password to the prompt. By this you can copy paste file to the server easily and directly. However this method is slow, and should be your final option.
